Side parts made from die-cast aluminium, crossbeam from an oval tube (80 x 40 x 3 mm). The crossbeam has been screw- fastened to the side parts with clamp collars. Standard version: free-standing foot A. Optionally with drilled holes for floor- mounting.

Please note: The standard floor-mounting version is delivered with Torx screws (UR-Z 10/80) and white cover caps. The client is responsible for checking whether or not walls and floors are sufficiently stable and suitable. BRUNE® GmbH does not accept any responsibility in the event of improper or incorrect installation.

Frame surfaces

The standard version features a crossbeam that is powder-coated in black and brushed aluminium components. Optionally, crossbeam and aluminium components can be delivered with powder-coatings in different colours according to the BRUNE® collection.

Seat and back perforated steel

Seat and backrest made from ergonomically shaped perforated sheet metal, approx. 2 mm thick, diameter of the perforation holes: 2 mm, diagonally offset and spaced in distances of 3 mm. Exterior edges with reinforced steel casings, rolled to the outside and spot-welded. Standard version of seat and backrest: black, optionally powder-coated according to the BRUNE® collection. Screw-fastened with 4 M5 countersunk Allen screws each and welded flange nuts.

Seat and back beech plywood

Seat and backrest made from ergonomically shaped beech plywood (10 mm thick), glued in several places, optionally with upholstered seat and backrest. Screw-fastened with 4 M5 countersunk Allen screws each and galvanized sleeve nuts (not- upholstered version) or drive-in nuts (upholstered version).

Wooden surfaces

Wooden elements made from beech wood, with natural varnish (low-solvent water varnish) in the standard version. Optionally stained according to the BRUNE ® collection.

Upholstery and cushions

Seats or seats and back supports are optionally available with partial upholstery or fully upholstered seat, fabric cover according to the BRUNE® collection, fabric categories 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8.

SG = specific gravity, weight per m³.    CH = compression hardness (e.g.: 50 ≙ approx. 50 g/cm² at a compression level of 40 %)

Table top

Table top 50 x 50 cm, either with a 45 x 45 cm perforated sheet metal plate (perforated sheet metal tops) or a 20 mm thick plywood plate (plywood and upholstered tops). All plates are provided with plastic coatings and plastic edges according to the BRUNE® collection.

Please note: The standard floor-mounting version is delivered with Torx screws (UR-Z 10/80) and white cover caps.

We deliver the wall-mounting version with 90 mm long Hilti HST through-wall anchors. Any assembly with this anchor categorically requires reinforced normal concrete of strength classes B25 (minimum) up to a maximum of B55 according to DIN 1045: 1998-07. We do not provide fastening equipment for walls of any other strength or consistency.
