MID
MID - een veelzijdige stoelenfamilie, ontworpen met speciale aandacht voor gebruik in een medische omgeving. Door zijn gemakkelijk te reinigen detailoplossingen zonder zichtbare schroefverbindingen en zijn comfort is de MID geschikt als stoel in de patiëntenkamer maar ook als vergaderstoel in de vergaderzaal. Hij is stapelbaar, zitting en rugleuning zijn verkrijgbaar in fineer en gestoffeerd. Er is ook een verhoogd rugkussen verkrijgbaar. De gereduceerde vormgeving met duidelijke lijnen en zachte organische krommingen van de voorgevormde houten elementen weerspiegelen kenmerken van de gelijknamige Mid-century moderne stijl.
Frame
4-legged frame made of round steel tube Ø 22 x 2 mm. Front feet and bottom seat frame made of one tube, welded to rear feet.
Frame Surface
Frame chrome-plated as standard, optionally powder-coated according to BRUNE® collection.
Seat + Back
Seat and back made of ergonomically shaped beech plywood, 10 mm thick, multi-bonded, back screwed to the frame invisibly by means of innovative fastening element. Trapezoidal seat, not visibly screwed to the frame from above.
Wooden surface
Wooden parts standard beech, with low-solvent water-based varnish, natural finish, optionally stained according to BRUNE® collection.
Fabric cover
Seat or seat and back fully upholstered, fabric cover of choice from BRUNE fabric group 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8.

Eduard Euwens
Eduard Euwens (geb. in 1970) volgde een opleiding tot meubelmaker, voordat hij in Münster voor een designopleiding koos. In 2000 sloot hij zijn opleiding af als Diplom-Designer en vergaarde hierna ervaring als ontwerper voor diverse ontwerpbureaus. Sinds 2004 ontwerpt hij met zijn eigen studio producten voor alledaags gebruik. Zijn ontwerpen voor BRUNE werden door de "Rat für Formgebung" ofwel German Design Council reeds als bijzonder beoordeeld.
Eduard Euwens woont en werkt in Münster.
